Both units are going to be probably owned and operated by T&M Heather

T&M Heather is the biggest contractor on the island. They are specialised

in streetbuilding and repaving but they are also known for good building

like Arorangi town hall. (I had the honor to join the opening - exotic food)

and landscape-gardening by bulldozer. They are always busy and fair.

We need an reinforce-armoursteel-workarea on site where we can bend

and weld together (MAG) concrete armour steel to more complex forms

that take a lot more tension that just sticking a rod into a wet brickwall ;-)

These armour steel made gridlike mats with mesh wide 140 are needed.

Detailed construction plans and sitemasterarchitects work in two shifts ?

There is a few small vibrator bombs required that are operated

with E - power. They work in the casted but still liquid concrete.

(small, middel and bigger stones - but no rough gravel in it ! )

We need a buiding crane that can lift 3.000 kg into a height of

17 meters and that stays on site beeing "availiable every day".

"Gittermastkran" (german) on chains like in Arorangi. (used)

By the way Arorangi building site looks quite fixed now. - The

crane we should testdrive. Sheetmetal castform for columns

we get produced from D´vent Sheetmetal and Conrad Hunter

Second engineer who confirms with propper static calculation.

We need skilled woodworkers to do the casting templates in

wood on site. And a lot of wood we have to use 6 times before

it burns. We also use these ZigZag bended sheet metal plates.

For prebending - Wood need to be in the water long before first

spann over Template. We need big eyscrews to fix centerlines.

There is six different circumfences to form and smallest is first.

For 1,5 years the whole area will be a buildingssite. Then a

new generation of buildings took off. - Capitalcitybuildings ;-)

ordering a shipload of cement to make concrete now please.

The platform where the MMR is on now. Lifts it up + 1 meter is

870 qm big. How much Volume ? - How much cementsacks ?
