Drawing above shows the MMR building proposal from the seaside. Only 2nd floor is extended by 10 %. Impact on the buildings apperance is nice.

The distance between the surface of the pacific ocean waters at Avatiu Harbour and the surface of the protecting wall is defined actually by 3,5 meters.

Extending proposal more detailed. Please compare 1st floor with 2 nd floor. Archi proposes to extend all floors by 10 % to give the building the right shape.
