what a mess ! This area need a clean up sooner or later (Rarotonga ;-) We can use big parts of the existing foundation plate and overcast it (after cleaning it from oil rests and fixing a lot of additional reinforcement steel in it) The architects will be happy if we plant 4 new trees for the 1 we cut off.
